In loving memory of Teofilo R. Raqueño
Teofilo passed away peacefully on May 15, 2022 at the age of 84. He was born and raised in the province of Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur in Luzon, Philippine Islands. He was the 3rd of 5 children born to Santiago and Maxima Raqueño. He studied chemical engineering at the National University.
He emigrated to the United States in October 1972. He loved the outdoors. He liked to go hunting, fishing, and golfing. He also enjoyed gardening and traveling. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Santiago, mother, Maxima, his older brother, Casimiro , younger brother, Rodrigo, and younger sister Arsenia. He is survived by his wife, Hedelina, children Rolando, Judith, and Teofilo, Jr., daughter-in-laws Nina (née Gibson) and Janice (née Spiciarich), grandchildren Marinna, Gianna, Simon, and Adam. He is also survived by his youngest sister, Angustia, in the Phillipines.
