Sandra Frances Langer, also known as "Sandi" was born in Maryland on July 1, 1947 to Raymond and Elizabeth Hoover. She passed on March 15, 2021 she was 73. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Hoover and Elizabeth Hoover (Nee Quallini).

She was a School Nurse at Baltimore County Public Schools, Received her BSN from University of Maryland School of Nursing, and her original RN degree from St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing She attended high school at The Catholic High School Of Baltimore

She is survived by her devoted husband, Allan Langer. As well as her loving children, Adam Langer and Danielle Langer. Including many other cherished family and friends
