Born on July 26,1975 Ginny was the daughter of Virginia (Ginny) Shortt and the late Michael Mihalko.

Ginny grew up in Catonsville and graduated Catonsville High School in 1993. She was an Accounting Manager at United Marble and Granite in Halethorpe, Md.

Ginny’s love and giving for her children was endless. She was a special mom and was always involved with her children’s activities, Young Marines, Football, Softball, Cheerleading, and Volleyball. The love of her life was spending time with her two grandsons.  She was so happy when she was with them. She loved dolphins, crafts, Christmas, and dancing in the rain. Purple was her favorite color. The beach was her happy place, rain or shine. If you were her friend, it was a friendship for life. She always said tell your love ones you love them today because tomorrow is not a given. To her mom she will always be her Sunshine.
