Ellen Theresa Fisher

Ellen Theresa (Norton) Fisher passed away early in the morning on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.  Born to George T. Sr. and Helen Norton on December 6, 1950 in Catonsville, MD.  She was born and raised in Catonsville, MD.  On June 23, 1973 she married Michael R. Fisher (48 years) and they moved to Finksburg, MD, where they raised their family.  They moved to York, PA and returned to Catonsville, MD during her final years.  Ellen loved Jesus Christ, her faith, her family, and her friends.  Ellen’s greatest joy was spending quality time with her children, grandchildren, and all her family.

Ellen is predeceased by her parents George and Helen Norton; her mother-in-law, Joan Fisher; her sister, Patricia Norton; her niece Erica Norton, and many loved ones, as she joins them in Heaven.

She is survived by her husband Michael; her four children, Rebecca (husband Nathan, and children; Conner, Andrew, Gabriel, Caleb, Lucia, William and Anna Claire), Gregory (wife Kristen and children; John Paul, Magdalen, Peter and Seamus), Ryan (wife Kristen and children; Aidan, Ella, Quinn, Marin, Sophie and Declan) and Katelin (husband Joseph and children; Gianna, Dominic, Emma, Anthony, Leo and Jack).  Also survived by her beloved eight siblings; Kathleen Norton, Christine Knight, Joan Curtin, George Norton Jr., James Norton, Timothy Norton, Annette Rosier, John Norton and their families which includes countless nieces and nephews whom she cherished.  As well as her loving in-laws; Barbara DeAtley, Bruce Fisher, David Fisher, Gina Claxton and their families.
