Dolores Kathryn (Gebert) Hannon, 86, of Halethorpe, Maryland departed peacefully at St. Elizabeth’s Nursing Home on August 26, 2020. Preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Francis Hannon, Sr. The oldest of four daughters born in Baltimore, Maryland to Martin John Gebert and Dolores (Hickman) Gebert Steinmann on April 6, 1934. She met the love of her life (the only boyfriend she ever had) while attending 9th grade at Gwynns Falls Jr. High School. They married on April 27, 1952 and were blessed with five children; Deborah Gene Hannon (Silcox), Dolores Frances and Anthony Ciotola, Eugene Francis, Jr. and Paula Hannon, Donna Kathryn and Richard Crozier, James Patrick and Michele Hannon; 13 grandchildren, Devin, Dylan and Drew (Silcox) Hannon, Taylor Ciotola, Jocelyn (Hannon) Anderson, Sarah (Hannon) Ferguson, Carly Hannon, Eric and Adam DeCosmo, Benjamin Crozier, Jessica, Patrick and Matthew Hannon; 9 great grandchildren, Jackson and Olivia Hannon, Marissa Hannon, Grayson and Sloane DeCosmo, Bryce Anderson, Miller and Isla Ferguson, Wyatt Ciotola; two sisters, Ethel (Alascio) Taylor, Evelyn and Ronald Turner; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will join her beloved husband Eugene Francis Hannon, Sr., parents Martin John Gebert and Dolores (Gebert) Steinmann, and sister Elsie Ann Dorsey. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Alzheimer Association of Central Maryland.
