Barbara Elder Obituary

Barbara Grace LeGallee Elder was born in Massachusetts on June 15, 1926. Daughter of Phillip Merritt and Florence Harding LeGallee. She was preceded by her Husband, Alexander Stowell Elder and her Brother David LeGallee. She passed on February 19, 2020 and is survived by her devoted sons David Stevens Elder (Elizabeth) and Jonathan Symmes Elder (Michele), adoring granddaughter, Christine Renee Elder as well as her great grandson, Jeremiah D. Sacks. Barbara was a member of the Charlestown Retirement Community and will be dearly missed by all.

Family & friends may gather for a visitation at the Candle Light Funeral Home on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 7pm. Followed by a funeral service at the Candle Light Funeral Home at 7pm. For those of you wishing, donations can be made to the Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund in Barbara's name.
