Victoria Regina Buda

Victoria Regina Buda Nee Kemezys was born in Maryland on March 6, 1966. She passed unexpectedly on April 29, 2026, at the age of 60. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Darius Buda.

Vicki’s professional journey as a Certified Public Accountant showcased her intelligence and dedication to her craft. Her contributions to the accounting field were significant, and she will be remembered by colleagues and clients alike for her unwavering commitment and expertise. 

Beyond her career, Vicki's true joys lay in the simple pleasures of life. She cherished her time spent tending to her garden. An annual trip to the beach was a tradition she held dear, a time for laughter and connection with family and friends, where memories were created that will last a lifetime. 

Vicki is survived by her loving son, Ethan Buda (Brianna). As well as her cherished parents, Algis Kemezys (Lori) and Regina Diljonas (Chuck); adoring sister, Deanna Tobin (Daniel); and treasured nieces and nephews, Nicholas Tobin, Dylan Tobin, and Christina Tobin. The loss of Vicki will be felt by many other caring family and friends.

Family and friends may gather on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 11:00 am for a memorial service at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd., Catonsville, MD 21228.
