Victor Emmanuel Cartagena passed from this world into the arms of God before his birth on June 3, 2016. He was the son of Kacie and Fernando Cartagena, and brother to Isabella, Leandro, Josiah, and Eliana. Our hearts our filled with sadness for now, but his name reminds us that we will all share in Heaven's victory someday in the presence of God. He will always be in our hearts. May he rest in the arms of Mary, our mother, and in the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. A Funeral Mass will be held at Church of the Resurrection in Ellicott City, Friday June 10th at 10:30am in the main Church, followed by a light a reception. Friends and Family are welcome to attend.
