Stephen (known by many as Steve) Carpenter Weber was born on November 3, 1983 at Mercy Hospital. He passed away suddenly on Friday, March 27, 2015. He was the beloved son of Cathie and Steve Weber of Catonsville and is missed and adored by his fiancé, Nikki Sheeler , whom he was planning to marry on July 26, 2015. He is also survived by his sister, Courtney Proctor ( Kent) of Baltimore, and his brother, Ole Kristian Landsverk Weber(Ane),of Noresund, Norway. He loved his nephews, Everett Proctor and Max Weber. He enjoyed the love and company of his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.
After Trinity School in Ellicott City, Stephen was a graduate of Catonsville High School and of St. Mary’s College of Maryland where he studied sociology and anthropology. After a period of finding his direction, he had recently started a program to become a mental health counselor and was an intern at Johns Hopkins Bayview where he met with clients and tried to support them .
Stephen loved the sounds of the world. In his hands, they became music. Stephen loved the rhythm of the world. In his hands that rhythm became a drumbeat.
Stephen loved to swim and he loved to run. The trails of the Patapsco were home to him. He had a big heart and loved well and was loved well in return.
