Mary Joan McHugh of Hanover, PA formerly of Catonsville, MD died peacefully in her sleep on February 6, 2017 at Transitions Healthcare in Gettysburg, PA. She was born September 17, 1937 in Baltimore, MD. She is predeceased by her late husband Francis McHugh and parents Anderson and Marie Tarr. Survivors include daughter and son in-law Angela and Joseph Kurtz, son and daughter in-law Thomas and Christine Frederick, brother and sister in-law Anderson and Mary Tarr Jr. along with step-daughters Patsy, Sharon and Mary and their families and her 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
