Friends and family may gather at Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Monday, November 2, 2026 for a Visitation from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 6950 Dogwood Road, Windsor Mill, MD 21244. Burial will immediately follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Hwy E, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joan's memory may be made to Defenders of Animal Rights, Phoenix, Maryland, where she adopted two of her beloved dogs.
