Lawrence "Larry" Sell, 75, of Marriottsville, Maryland, passed away on September 16, 2026, leaving behind many loving family members and friends, including his devoted wife of 52 years, Dorothy Sell, his brother, Daniel Sell, and his many nieces and nephews.

Larry attended Frostburg State College and enjoyed a long career with Safeway, where he worked as a Produce Manager. He married his college sweetheart, Dorothy, and together they shared a loving marriage filled with cherished memories and adventures.

Larry was a friend to many and especially enjoyed the companionship of his fellow Corvette Club members. He had a passion for travel and loved exploring the United States, including two cross-country trips. Some of his favorite destinations and memories included Moab, Yellowstone, the Badlands, Mount Rushmore, New England, and winters in St. Augustine.

Beyond his love of travel, Larry enjoyed music, cars--especially his 6 prized Corvettes--and spending time anywhere with his beloved wife. His greatest joy was the life he shared with Dorothy, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

A viewing will take place on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 11:00am-1:00pm with a funeral service to begin at 1:00pm at Candle Light Funeral Home, with interment immediately following at Loudon Park Cemetery.

Larry will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
