Kathleen Ann Cumber

Kathleen Ann Cumber, 68, of Catonsville, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1958 in Maryland to Kenneth and Sara (nee McClernan) Kroneberger.

Kathy is preceded in death by both parents and sister, Jean Marie Kroneberger. She is survived by her devoted husband, Rodney Cumber; her beloved son, Jeffrey Cumber; her cherished siblings, Michael Kroneberger (Latricia), James Kroneberger (Christine), Bridget Nock, and Colleen Lafferty (Darren). She adored all of her nieces and nephews and is survived by many other friends and family whose lives she touched.

Kathy was a devoted wife and mother. She especially loved the time spent with Jeff creating new recipes and listening to classic rock. She was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan and always looked forward to family gatherings and events. You could always count on her to bring a yummy dessert.

Friends and family may gather at Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Friday, June 19, 2026 for a Visitation from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm, with a Funeral Service to begin at 7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathy’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
