Julie Marie Rush

Julie Marie Rush passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Baltimore, Maryland, from a brief illness.

Julie was the oldest daughter of Dennis Rush (and step-mother Susan Rush) of Howard County, and Susan Morsberger Outland of Elkridge (and step-father Addison Jay Outland).

Julie attended Lansdowne High School.  She went on to work at Comprehensive Accounting in an administrative role.  In later years, she was employed by a contractor where she helped with rehabbing homes, and landscaping.

Julie loved animals, music, and camping, especially on the Eastern Shore.

Julie is survived by her parents, and step-parents, her grandmother Betty Ann Morsberger; daughter Jaclyn Smith Drury (Nate); sisters Tracy (Mike), Suzanne (Chuck), Sarah, and Imani; brothers Matthew, Benjamin, and Tony, and the late Zachary; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Llewellyn and Agatha Hoerl.

A private family memorial service will be held at Candlelight Funeral Home.

The family has requested that donations be made to the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center ( www.grassrootscrisis.org ).
