Carroll Joseph Baker, age 75 of Clarksville, died Friday February 24, 2023, at his residence in Clarksville, MD. He was born in Baltimore, MD on February 26, 1947, the son of the late Carroll R. Baker and the late Barbara E. Baker. He worked for the Howard County Government first as a truck driver for the Highways Department and later as a Stores Manager for Central Fleet. Father of Christopher J. Baker and Heather M. Baker. Brother of Cynthia Grant and Bruce Grant, the late Howard Baker and Kathy Baker. Also survived by nephews Howie Baker, Jr., Nicholas Baker, Ryan Baker, and Sean Baker.
