Joanne Carol Blinke was born in Baltimore, MD on April 10th, 1954 to John and Margaret Blinke. She passed on August 1, 2019, she was 65.
She is survived by her twin sister Janet Rothenhoefer, brother-in-law Jack, and brother, Jack Blinke, as well as many loving relatives and friends, and her beloved cat Tyler.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 2:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following the prayer service.
