Jacalyn Scott Cohen was born in Pennsylvania on Thursday, August 4, 1949. She passed peacefully on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Jean Slusser; and her sister, Sheila Owens.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Joel Cohen. As well as her loving son, Timothy Franks, his wife, Brittany, and their children, Zane, Isaiah, Joel, and Jude Franks. She also leaves behind her sisters, Carol (Glen) Hartford and Jill (John) Ferdinand. Her loss will be felt by many other caring family and friends.
Services will be private.
