On January 29, 2024, Ellen Rapson Miller, 91 of Ellicott City, passed away. She was the daughter of the late Frederick Lee & Florence Rapson (nee McMullen). Loving wife of the late William Miller. Devoted mother to Steve (Vickie), Fred (Cyndy) both pre-decesed & Susan (Jim); caring sister to Robert Rapson & the late William (Mary) Rapson. She was the cherished grandmother to her many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family & Friends may gather at Candle Light Funeral Home for visitation on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 10:00am-12:00pm. A Funeral Service will take place at 12:00pm. Interment will be private.
