Ellen May (Ullrich) January
July 28, 1931 — July 10, 2015
On July 10th, 2015 we lost a devoted mother, grandmother, friend and mentor.
Ellen was the beloved wife of the late Thomas W. January. Devoted mother of Mary Ellen January and Wanda (January) Streb and beloved mother-in-law of Thomas Streb. Proud grandmother of Melissa January-Sewell, Timothy Streb and Emma Streb. Cherished great-grandmother of John Sewell and Caelan Sewell.
She was preceded in death by her siblings Charles Ullrich, Louis Ullrich Sr.,Catherine Preisinger, Rose Wroten, Mary Morris and Margaret Morford and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ellen was a devoted fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Blast attending home games when her health allowed or being there in spirit watching the games on television or listening on the radio. She loved life and lived life on her own terms.
