Donald Earl Digby

On July 29,, 2016 Donald Digby went to be with the Lord.  He was a symbol of strength for all.  Born in Painesville, Ohio he lived most of his life in Maryland with his family.  He is preceded in death by his mother Lucille Digby and father William Digby.  He is survived by his wife of 46 years Rose Mary; the love these two shared is an inspiration for all.  He will be deeply missed by his sons Keith Digby (Stacy Platt) and Geoff Digby (Amanda Digby) and his daughter Susan Jolley (Chip Jolley).  He had four grandchildren:  Madelyn Digby, Mason Jolley, Mia Jolley, and Graydon Digby.  He was an incredible husband, father, and grandfather.  He was a family man first.   A retired entrepreneur he worked hard to provide for his family.  He did love his sports.  His favorite teams are the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, and Maryland Terps.  He passed his love of sports onto his children and grandchildren.   The family enjoyed numerous family trips together.  Most recently we celebrated Don and Rose Mary’s love in Digby, Nova Scotia.  In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to a charity of your choice.
