Carlos William Smith was born in Illinois on September 28, 1942. He passed peacefully on September 30, 2021 at the age of 79. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his daughter.
He is survived, and will be greatly missed, by his devoted wife, Yong Cha Ku Smith. His loss will be felt by many other caring family and friends.
A Graveside Service will take place Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10:45 AM at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
