Anna M. Coburn

Anna M. Coburn was born in Maryland on May 29, 1930. She passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Merton Lyle Coburn, Jr.; and her parents, James and Grace Van Ditti.

Anna is survived by her loving children, Anna Mary Coburn (Terry Morrow, Sr.), Jane Coburn (David Weiss), James Coburn and Patricia Coburn. As well as her dear sister, Elizabeth Gitter. Anna was also the cherished grandmother of Amanda, Terry Jr., Aloysha, Ira and Nicholas Morrow and Hannah Weiss. . The loss of Anna will be felt by many other caring family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in memory of Anna M. Coburn

Family and friends may gather for a visitation on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 10:00am to 11:00am with a funeral service taking place at 11:00 am at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228. Private burial will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
