On January 8, 2019, Zara Svetlana Blay, cherished daughter of Vitya and Kimberly Blay (nee Welch); adoring sister of Luka Blay; loving grand-daughter of Lori Lavers, Svetlana Cockran, Chris Antezzo and his wife Jenna, Daniel Blay, Jim Cockran, and the late Laurence Welch; dear great-grand-daughter of Joyce Ganassini and her husband Renzo, Marianne Antezzo, and Vincent Antezzo and his wife Linda; doting niece of Marina Blay and her husband John Smith, Melody Antezzo, Chris Antezzo Jr., Jenna and Farooq Khan, Justin and Katie Brooks, Steve Champion, and Joseph Bennett; loving great-niece of Irene Gregoreva and Dwight Welch and his wife Heather. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

Family and friends may call at the Candle Light Funeral Home by Craig Witzke, 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD. 21228, on Friday from 4pm to 8pm. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10am at Catonsville Presbyterian Church, 1400 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD. 21228 . Interment St. John's Cemetery.
