Mark became a partner at Ernst & Young before finishing his career at Constellation Energy, bringing him closer to his hometown, where the family settled in Washington, DC.

Mark enjoyed giving back to the community through volunteer work for the Special Olympics of Maryland and with the Garden Guild at the Franciscan Monastery, DC.

Mark spent his recreational time coaching his children’s Softball, Basketball and Soccer teams; Training and running marathons (Boston Marathon 1996, Disney Marathon 2010); and Kayaking in Lake Tashmoo on Martha’s Vineyard, where he and the family loved to spend their summers.
